The Great Seattle Power Outage of 2006
You may have noticed that we’re a little quiet today. That’s mostly because we’re completely without power. I’m currently using Steve’s generator to post this message.
Everyone at Blog Business Summit is safe and sound, although unshowered and rather cranky. We’re hoping that Puget Sound Energy can get the power back online soon, and we’re thinking about everyone else out there stranded without power. Hope y’all are safe!

I am so sorry for the problems and the inconvenience. The storm is coming our way by the way, but it will be a lot more snow … so it is our turn now, get well and happier faster
Are their any power outage bulletin boards out their? I need to get a hold of my sister and cellular phone was down. Thanks
George: My power came back on Saturday, but Steve and Kim are still in the dark. We hope that you guys get less wind and just some pretty snow for the kids to play in.
Phillip: Unfortunately, I don’t know of any bulletin boards. If you have Internet access, you can always use Skype to try to call her. If you think she has Internet access, e-mail might work, too. If you want to get really creative, you could take out a Google ad on her name and your name and hope that she sees it.
